The review queue and consultant seats

Work across every client from one ranked queue, drill into any client workspace, and use consultant seats to do the work as yourself.

One queue across all clients

The Review tab aggregates work from every client you operate and ranks it by what is blocking whom. Instead of opening each tenant to see what needs attention, you get one list: draft evidence waiting on confirmation, remaining gaps in a client assessment, pending approvals, and open assignments. You work the top of the list and the queue reorders as you clear items.

Drill-in and consultant seats

From any client row you can enter that client workspace. A consultant seat gives you a real membership in the client tenant, so you act as yourself with a full audit trail rather than borrowing the client's identity. The seat is granted through the partner relationship and the client can revoke it. This is what lets you confirm evidence, approve items, and send information requests inside the client workspace.

A consultant seat is a real, revocable membership. Every action you take inside a client tenant is attributed to you, not to the client.

Approvals and the daily digest

When a client needs to sign off on an export or a filing, that request surfaces in your queue and in an approval email. To keep partners aware without noise, a single daily digest summarizes cross-client activity so nothing waits unseen. The digest is throttled so it never repeats within a day, and each partner admin can turn it off.
