Billing, co-branding, and the signup funnel

Choose who pays per client, apply your wholesale discount, put your brand on client surfaces, and recruit clients through your own signup link.

Who pays: CLIENT or PARTNER

Billing is set per client. Under the CLIENT model the client pays CVD Portal directly on the normal plan pricing, and you focus on the service. Under the PARTNER wholesale model you pay for the client on a single wholesale subscription and bill the client yourself, bundling the platform into your own offering. You pick the model that fits each engagement, and a partner default applies when you create a client.

Wholesale discounts

Partners on the wholesale model get a discount percentage applied to the platform cost. That discount is applied as a coupon on the wholesale subscription, so the reduced rate flows through automatically. The spread between your wholesale rate and what you charge the client is your margin on the platform, on top of your service fees.

Wholesale billing consolidates your clients onto one subscription with your discount applied, so you get a single invoice and a clear margin.

Co-branding and the signup funnel

You can put your logo and brand color on client-facing surfaces so the experience carries your brand alongside the client's own logo. To recruit clients directly, you get a co-branded signup link at /p/ followed by your slug. A manufacturer who signs up through that link sees your name and logo and is automatically linked to you as the partner, so referral attribution is built in.
