Subdomain Routing Outage (Scanner and Whitelabel Portals)

Resolved. A server configuration change pinned the application to its loopback address, which caused all subdomain requests to be routed incorrectly and return 500 errors. This affected the CRA Exposure Scanner at scan.cvdportal.com and every whitelabel company portal subdomain. The main site and dashboard on cvdportal.com were unaffected. We reverted the configuration and confirmed all subdomains are serving normally. No data was lost.

Kernel Security Update and Host Reboot

We rebooted the server to apply pending Ubuntu kernel security updates (6.8.0-107 to 6.8.0-124). The portal was unreachable for roughly 2 minutes, from 08:07 to 08:09 UTC, while the host restarted. Backups were verified before the reboot and no data was lost.
